Product Description Teneligliptin 20mg + Metformin 500mg (SR) Tablet is a powerful combination therapy for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Teneligliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor, increases incretin levels to enhance insulin secretion and reduce blood glucose. Metformin SR, a biguanide, decreases glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity. This dual-action formula provides excellent glycemic control, especially in patients not adequately controlled with Metformin alone. Indications This combination is indicated for: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients not achieving adequate blood sugar control with Metformin alone Reducing fasting and post-meal glucose levels Combination therapy requirement for improved glycemic management Dosage & Administration Recommended dose: One tablet once or twice daily as advised by the physician. Best taken with meals to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew. Maintain regular diet and exercise for optimal results.
