Product Description Dicyclomine HCl 20mg + Paracetamol 500mg Tablets combine an antispasmodic (Dicyclomine) and an analgesic/antipyretic (Paracetamol). This combination effectively relieves abdominal cramps, stomach spasms, menstrual pain, and discomfort associated with gastrointestinal and biliary tract disorders. It works by relaxing smooth muscles and reducing pain sensations. Indications This combination tablet is indicated for: Abdominal cramps & spasms Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Dysmenorrhea (menstrual cramps) Gastrointestinal colic Biliary colic Stomach pain with muscle spasms Pain due to GI motility disorders Dosage & Administration Take as prescribed by the physician. Usual dose: 1 tablet 2?3 times a day, depending on condition. Take after meals with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not recommended for children unless advised by a doctor.
