Product Description Tranexamic Acid 500mg + Mefenamic Acid 250mg Tablets combine an antifibrinolytic agent and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). This combination is widely used for the management of heavy menstrual bleeding and pain associated with menstruation, including cramps and pelvic discomfort. Packed in 10?10 BL to ensure product safety and stability. Indications This combination is indicated for: Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia) Dysmenorrhea (menstrual cramps and pain) Functional uterine bleeding Pelvic pain associated with menstruation Excessive bleeding caused by hormonal imbalance Adjunct therapy in gynecological bleeding disorders Dosage & Administration Use only on prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
