Indications Trihexyphenidyl HCl 2mg (MD) Tablets are indicated for: Parkinson’s disease Drug-induced extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS) Muscle stiffness Tremors and rigidity Spasticity associated with certain neurological conditions Adjunct therapy with levodopa in Parkinsonism ? Dosage & Administration The usual adult dose: 1–2 mg, 2–3 times daily, adjusted as per response. MD tablets dissolve directly in the mouth — no need for water. Can be taken with or without food.
